Event Overview
The Emerging Analytics Center (EAC) and the Computer Science Department at UA Little Rock invites participants to a collaborative two-day workshop focused on expanding research capacity and establishing a Statewide Quantum Computing Working Group.
The primary objective is to co-develop a shared Quantum Computing Curricula for use by academic institutions across the State of Arkansas.
What to Expect
- Overview: curriculum development, research strategies, and institutional collaboration.
- Curriculum Development: shared instructional materials, lecture modules, lab exercises, and project-based learning activities.
- Research Strategy: best practices for research data management and use of quantum cloud services such as IBM or D-Wave.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: aligning curricular content across different programs and institutions.
